    Conditions

    Minimum of 30 guests up to 1000 and more

    In order to broaden your culinary discovery, you can choose 2 main dishes + vegetarian dishes if necessary,
    All our menu is prepared and cooked in our premises before your event, the main dishes are brought in a heated cupboard at your reception place, then served in our giant skillets on site (warm keeping system during the service). NO COOKING ON SITE (no gas or odors)
    We can also provide outdoor service if needed.

    All our events come to a minimum with an on-site chef who ensures the setting up of our stations, as well as the buffet service in our giant pans.
    Our staff also ensures (if the options are chosen) the passage of the mouthfuls among your guests, the setting up and the collection of the porcelain dishes. Hourly rate of $ 25 / hour, minimum 3 hours of service

    The final number of guests must be given 72 hours before the meal
